Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any programme.

These Terms and Conditions govern your enrolment in, and participation in, any course, teacher training programme, retreat or workshop offered by Om Yoga International ("the School"), operating from Tapovan, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. By submitting a deposit or enrolment application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Enrolment & Confirmation
A seat is reserved only upon receipt of the non-refundable seat deposit of $100 USD (approximately ₹10,000). Enrolment is confirmed by written acknowledgement from the Om Yoga International admissions team via email or WhatsApp. Submission of a deposit without written confirmation does not guarantee a place.
2. Course Fees
All course fees are quoted in USD and EUR. The INR equivalent is provided as a reference only and may vary with exchange rates. Full fees are due on arrival at the campus unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing with the admissions team. Fees cover accommodation, all sattvic vegetarian meals, training materials and the certificate where applicable. Items not included are listed on the individual course page.
3. Course Schedule & Content
Om Yoga International reserves the right to modify the course schedule, faculty, content, and sequence of subjects without prior notice if circumstances require. Substitution of faculty does not constitute grounds for a refund. The academic content and depth of training will not be materially reduced.
4. Attendance & Assessment
A minimum attendance of 90% of scheduled sessions is required to be eligible for certification. Students who miss sessions beyond this threshold may be required to make up hours in a subsequent batch. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all practical assessments, written assignments and attendance requirements as specified by the course faculty.
5. Health & Medical Fitness
Participants must be in good physical and mental health to undertake residential yoga training. If you have a current or recent medical condition, injury, pregnancy or mental health concern, you must disclose it in writing to admissions before enrolment. Om Yoga International reserves the right to refuse enrolment or ask a student to withdraw if their participation poses a risk to themselves or others. No refund is available in this circumstance beyond what the cancellation policy permits.
6. Conduct & Ashram Rules
All students are expected to observe the Code of Conduct applicable at Rishikesh Sadan campus. Behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful or harmful to fellow students or faculty may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund. Please read the Code of Conduct before arrival.
7. Liability
Om Yoga International is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss of property, or any other loss suffered by participants during the programme, travel to and from Rishikesh, or at any time during the course. Students are strongly advised to hold valid personal travel and medical insurance that covers the duration of their stay in India. By enrolling, you accept full personal responsibility for your own health and safety.
8. Photography & Media
The school may photograph and video-record sessions for marketing and educational purposes. By enrolling, you consent to the use of such material by Om Yoga International for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, notify admissions in writing before arrival.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, manuals, videos and content provided during the programme are the intellectual property of Om Yoga International. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
10. Yoga Alliance Registration
Om Yoga International is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance USA. Upon successful completion of eligible programmes, graduates may register with Yoga Alliance at their own expense and initiative. Om Yoga International facilitates but does not guarantee Yoga Alliance registration, as registration is subject to Yoga Alliance's own requirements and approval process.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from enrolment or participation in Om Yoga International programmes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
