Why Small Batches Matter in Yoga Training

Small batches allow teachers to correct alignment, understand each student and build real teaching confidence.

A yoga teacher training is not only a content delivery program. Students need observation, correction, repetition and feedback. Smaller cohorts make that possible.

When trainers can see each student practice and teach, they can adjust the pace of learning and address individual patterns. This is especially important for alignment, breathwork and classroom confidence.

Students often remember the personal corrections and practice teaching sessions long after the theory is complete. That is why batch size should be part of every course decision.
